My parents had one just like this, only in white instead of silver. They never drove it as it was meant to be driven, and then the electronics died. That was the one and only time in my life I’d ever been able to ride in a Supra in any form.

he’s an engineer so he’s all about OEM. his is in good shape but is an automatic. however it does get the early 5M motor which is a big update. its rare to find these any more at all, especially stock.

There was one at Cars and Coffee, here in Virginia, back in November. if you’re interested, I can find out if it’s still available. It’s automatic, but damn near no rust, and the asking price was $6K.

Rx7s, Crxs, MR2s, a broad spectrum of Porsche models, all of the sporty RWD variety, Small trucks. Cars finally getting better after getting strangled with crummy, poorly engineered emissions crap in the 70s. Cheap classics. SUVS bought based on need rather than a lifestyle/class statement.

What is not to love about the cars or the era?
